Main Draggin'

School's out an' there's nothing to do--
Summers give me a pain
But I don't worry 'bout things like that
Cause tonight I'll go "drag main."

So I lay around home an' sleep and eat
And hope that it don't rain.
If it does, it'll stop 'bout a quarter to 12
Cause that's when I "drag main."

If a hurricane blows the town away
And nothing should remain
Dear Lord for the sake of us youngun's
Don't let the thing "drag main!"
